In accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) the firm will not retain personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes of determining the suitability of a particular candidate for a role. All recruitment applications received by the Human Resources team will be processed for this purpose, and kept in the format in which they are received (e.g. in paper and/or electronic file) for a period of no longer than 6 months, unless the candidate is part of a recruitment process which is likely to exceed that time period. In that case the data will be retained for an extended period of 6 months following the conclusion of the process. Following this 6 month (or extended) period, the candidate’s personal information will be securely and confidentially destroyed. In the case of speculative applications, if no suitable vacancies are available, the CV will be deleted and the candidate or recruitment consultant will be notified.
