About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us as a Senior Apprenticeship Administrator to help us achieve our key strategic ambitions.

We are looking for an experienced senior administrator, with an excellent understanding of administration and the learning environment, to join and work closely with our Apprenticeships team. 

The post holder will take personal responsibility for the operational coordination of a growing portfolio of apprenticeships, ensuring these are delivered to an exceptional standard. The role will coordinate the delivery to ensure high quality, relevant, timely, and compliant programmes that are delivered to budget. This will be achieved through planning, resourcing and continually monitoring and enhancing the quality of delivery through the support of the delivery team.

About you

  • You will have a broad-based understanding of what constitutes an exceptional training programme. 
  • You will have prior experience in education and/or training and experience in delivering high-quality teaching and training in a workplace or classroom environment.
  • You will have experience working with Ofsted and an understanding of Ofsted regulations.
  • You must have the ability to compile high-quality reports and be proficient in both Excel and Word. 
  • Excellent relationship management skills and communication skills are also essential for the role.

Salary: 

£30,600 to £34,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
